Many Romani (Gypsies) have lived in generational poverty. This is greatly due to the lack of access to an education. Not only do the children in our sponsorship program receive regular nutrition and necessary medical care, they also are given the resources to receive a good education to break the generational cycle of poverty and have a brighter future. These children are so excited to receive backpacks filled with school supplies and new shoes, thanks to their generous sponsors.
