What a special day it was for our sponsored children and families as they got to enjoy a "Feliz Navidad" (Christmas) feast, games, prizes and gifts! Large tents were set up to host hundreds of children and their families, where we served chuchitos, cupcakes and Christmas punch. One of the prizes was a new cushion/mattress for several homes in need, families also got to take home some new clothes and all the children received a new toy! Several on the mission team got to meet or reunite with their sponsored children and enjoyed some special bonding time. Santa Claus was quite a hit! We are so grateful for our many sponsors who make this happen for their children each year!
